Composition, String Arrangements, Recording

Anchor 1

In my studio I compose, arrange and record string parts and create electronic music.

I enjoy arranging and composing for violin, for student string players and for string orchestra and piano. Also, works that combine strings and electronics.

I have experience creating electronic remixes, dance music tracks and backing tracks, some of which have been played on Radio 1.

I have recorded music for bands, music libraries, computer game,  advert, jingle and film.

Please do get in touch to discuss your requirements.

It was such a pleasure to work with FET 47!

This piece started life as a piece for mixed ability string orchestra and piano and gradually morphed into a Keltrix track, released on the Beyond Storms album on German Shepherd Records! Thanks to Anna Scott for the beautiful cello playing, and to Mark Pickering for the great video which we released in aid of refugees. Keltrix can be found at https://www.facebook.com/Keltrix

This is a tune I made , back in the 2000s with partner in crime Zero, released on Streetwise recordings and played on Radio 1 by Annie Nightingale. You can listen to the Decibelle Play It Loud album here;    https://open.spotify.com/album/4y9RtS9bPdJWm8jHGrsYEm

A friend and musician from my teenage years reconnected during the pandemic and the result is that I joined them for this glorious song/video.

When working as a session musician you get to meet fantastic musicians who are also lovely people. This was one of those times.

One of a number of projects I worked on with the brilliant Bob and Barn. Les Touristes, produced by the London Film Academy is a wonderfully delicious short film from James Nunn (Green Street 3) is the tale of tourists who visit a remote French town where the locals have made a pact to bump off anyone who comes to visit! More about the great composers at  http://www.bobandbarn.com/

Another Bob and Barn project that I thoroughly enjoyed. The track is one of several produced for UPPM library album Wonderful World of Animation,
